Entrepreneur and businessman Arjang expertise is team building, corporate management, and asset management. Arjang started an equity lending firm Baybank Capital in 2012 financing construction projects while concurrently venturing into the land assembly and real estate development. Founding Options Development in 2012, currently the firm is the operating manager for six development projects with total forecasted sales revenue of over 500 million dollars in the next five years.
